    • If you receive an incorrect cover or there is a printing mistake, you are eligible for a return or refund.

    • For cases where the product is damaged, we kindly request you to record a  video while opening the parcel. This will help us verify the condition of the product during delivery.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact us within 1 days of receiving your product.

    • Provide proof of the issue (e.g., video or images of the incorrect/damaged product).

    • Once the issue is verified, we will guide you through the return and refund process.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 days after the product is returned and inspected.
